One of the traps was broke and inoperable. I called customer service, and he person who took my call took care of it at once.You have very good people in Customer Service.First things first. This is the best trap for getting rid of small mice that like to hang around in your garage.You put a dab of peanut butter under the lid, open it, face it against the wall and within a couple of hours..dead mouse. The product gets 5 stars. My problem is with the misleading terminology in the description.It clearly states "Quantity 6". You get only two!! It would have been a great deal for 6. It was a ripoff for two.These work better than any other traps I have purchased.It was easy to set. It was much easier to set than the traditional mouse trap. But no mouse yet.... I am happy about that.
