For the casual laptop user who doesn’t require much of their device, this thing really delivers. The screen quality is nice, it functions very well, and the battery lasts FOREVER. I watch YouTube on this laptop all day, and it still has enough juice left for whatever else I need from it. It’s also very durable- I have definitely had many gravity-related accidents and it doesn’t have a scratch! Very happy.Great value, battery lasts days. It wouldn’t even turn on.I bought three (New) Lenovo Chromebooks for my kids in April due to COVID. In late July, one keyboard stopped working. Took it into a repair shop who told me that it wasn't simply a cleaning issue but a bigger issue that would cost more to repair than the Chromebook cost. Amazon's response was it was outside the 30 day repair period so tough luck. Lenovo - utter silence. After spending countless thousands at Amazon for well over a decade I feel betrayed. I have to buy another one as the kids start online classes in 10 days. Lenovo can keep their inferior products. Sure they make good stuff but without customer service its useless. RUN DONT WALK away from buying a laptop from Amazon/Lenovo. You are rolling the dice when it comes to customer support and that attitude is going to cost me over $300 to replace a laptop that is 4 months old.
