Overall ok.I use it 'around the house' for email, social media and writing, as well as listening to podcasts. On the plus side, it is portable and lightweight and has a fairly good battery life. For movies or videos, the color quality is not as great as my other devices. The sound is also a bit tin-ey and not as rich as my desktop. It is ok for voices, but the bass fades away even then.I am a keyboard typist, and the keyboard is askew from the center, as compared to most other devices I use currently or have used in the past. That means I am generally one key off, which is frustrating. FWIW.This HP computer is enjoyable to use. The touch screen is a plus. I added a USB hub so that I could plug in more external items such as mouse, external hard drives, headphones. I would buy this computer again. I wish it folded back like a sandwich board.I had had my previous laptop for nearly four years, so I decided to invest some of my stimulus check in buying a new one. I was looking for something under $600 but with plenty of storage and speed. The HP I bought here has proved to be a good buy. It is fast and has plenty of storage for my needs. It was very easy to set up. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I have had it for several weeks now and it is working great. The screen quality is very good and the computer itself is cool to the touch. I don't know about gaming as I don't do any. But for web surfing, word processing, email, music and the other usual tasks, it's more than adequate. I would recommend. It's good for a HP computer. It's fast and easy to use. It sets up in minutes and it's touchscreen which is awesome. The battery life to me is good. Overall it's a good value for your money and what you need to use it for. It would make a decent gaming computer but if you are a hard-core gamer go with something computer that does have more power because this while powerful won't be enough to handle the games out there now. Like I said it's a good computer overall and I would definitely recommend it for work or school or just a personal computer that you want to use and have one.I am really enjoying this laptop. The only complaint I have is that the lettering on the keys needs to be a little darker. They are a little light for use in certain conditions. Otherwise it's great! It last 11 hrs of battery life while having multiple tabs open. Looks beautiful and the touchscreen works very well. Highly recommend if you need a new computer, it works well overall. We got this for my father. It is easy to use, lightweight, and the touchscreen is great. He has used it without the problems he had with his old computer.I needed an upgrade and this was a bargain purchase!! It was worth every cent.
